1. What Sharpery provides

Sharpery.io offers betting calculators, performance trackers, market research, and educational content for sports bettors. Every tool on the site is free to use.

Our tools are informational aids. They do not place bets, guarantee outcomes, or constitute financial or betting advice. All betting decisions — and their consequences — are yours alone.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. In this demo build, accounts and data are stored locally in your browser.

You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to use betting-related features. Do not use Sharpery where sports betting or betting tools are prohibited by law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for conduct that harms the service or other users.

4. No warranty & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." Calculations are believed accurate but are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharpery is not liable for betting losses, missed opportunities, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.

5. Responsible gambling

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
